About the Role

n

We are seeking a caring and hands-on Employment Support Supervisor to support employees delivering Mobile cleaning (RVM) services across South-West Sydney.

n

This is a field-based role with most of your time spent travelling between sites and supporting employees.

n

Your focus will be coaching, encouraging, and supporting employees with disability to complete their work safely, confidently, and to a high standard.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise and support employees across RVM cleaning sites
n
- Coach and encourage employees to build confidence and workplace skills
n
- Travel between sites and ensure cleaning tasks are completed safely and to standard
n
- Complete basic reporting, support notes,



and incident documentation
n

About You

n

You are patient, reliable, and enjoy helping others succeed.

n

You will have:

n

n
- Experience supporting people with disability (preferred)
n
- A genuine interest in coaching and developing others
n
- Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or site-based work (desirable)
n
- Comfortable travelling across multiple sites
n
- Solid communication skills
n
- Driver's licence (required)
n
- First Aid certificate (required)
n
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)
n
