About the Role

n

As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless service experience while acting as the key point of contact between our customers and workshop team.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
n
- Preparing repair orders and accurately recording customer concerns
n
- Liaising with technicians and workshop control regarding vehicle progress
n
- Providing customers with updates and maintenance recommendations
n




- Coordinating vehicle handovers and ensuring customer satisfaction
n
- Upselling additional repair and maintenance work where appropriate
n
- Maintaining accurate service records and administrative processes
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
n
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
n
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
n
- Professional presentation and communication skills
n
- Experience with dealership management systems is highly regarded
n
- Current and valid driver's licence
n
