Job Description

We are a small manufacturing business producing outdoor furniture and fencing. We are seeking a reliable, hands-on General All-Rounder Factory Hand to join our team in Braeside. This is a part-time position that offers flexible working arrangements for the right candidate. As a Factory Hand, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing and production operations, helping to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This position is essential to maintaining our operational efficiency and supporting the team.

About the role:

n

Part-time position, approximately 3 days per week to start

n

Potential for additional hours for the right person

n

Cutting and preparing steel and timber

n

Using a range of hand and power tools

n

Assisting with furniture and fencing manufacturing including delivery and installations

n

General warehouse duties

n





Helping wherever needed within our small team

n

About you:

n

Practical and hands-on

n

Confident using a range of power tools

n

Willingness to learn

n

Reliable and punctual

n

Holds a Victorian Driver's License

n

Able to work independently and as part of a small team

n

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

n

Experience working with steel, aluminium, welding, timber and fencing, or similar hands-on work would be an advantage

n
