Job Description

n

We are looking for a Part Time Maintenance Officer who will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the hotel, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry out general maintenance, handyperson and repairs across guest rooms and hotel facilities
n
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
n
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
n
- Maintain plant and equipment in line with safety and compliance requirements
n
- Liaise with external contractors where required
n
- Support the hotel team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
n

Qualifications

n

n




- Previous experience in hotel or building maintenance (preferred)
n
- Trade qualification or strong hands-on maintenance experience (advantageous)
n
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
- Understanding of WHS and safe work practices
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required
n
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
n
