Classroom Music Teacher - Leave Replacement Position

The College provides our students with excellence in Music and Performing Arts education. To this end, we are seeking to employ an inspiring Classroom Music Teacher (brass and/or woodwind specialist preferred) for a short-term 6 weeks Term 4, 2026 leave replacement position, commencing on Monday 26 October 2026 and concluding on Friday 4 December 2026.

Responsibilities include:

n

- Classroom music teaching in the junior and middle school
n




- Teaching small group brass and/or woodwind lessons in the beginner Year 7 Music Program
n
- Ensemble direction (Senior and Junior Concert Bands)
n
- Teaching in our Year 6 'Sion First' Music program
n

Candidates must have a current, full VIT registration.
