Retail Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant

Six Zero Pickleball is a fast-growing Australian pickleball brand shipping premium paddles and gear worldwide. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to work in office at our Bokarina facility, supporting e-commerce warehouse operations, customer service, and our retail shopfront.

About the Role

n

This is a varied, on-site role combining e-commerce order fulfilment, inventory management, customer service support, and in-store retail assistance. You'll play a key role in ensuring online and wholesale orders are dispatched accurately, stock levels are well managed, and customers receive a high-quality experience both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online and wholesale orders
n
- Process orders, shipping labels, and tracking through e-commerce fulfilment systems
n
- Manage inventory movements, including receipting stock, bin locations, and stock adjustments
n
- Assist with regular stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
n
- Monitor low stock levels and flag issues to the inventory and operations team
n
- Assist customers in-store with product selection, purchases, and basic enquiries
n
- Respond to customer service emails relating to orders, shipping, and products
n
- Support Saturday retail trade,



including opening, serving customers, and maintaining shop presentation
n
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe warehouse, packing, and retail spaces
n
- Support the wider team with day-to-day operational and logistics tasks
n

About You

n

- Reliable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
n
- Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused approach
n
- Comfortable working with e-commerce systems and digital tools
n
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
n
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and packing orders
n
- Available to work at least 2 days per week.

Experience & Skills (Required)

n

n
- Previous experience in an e-commerce warehouse environment
n
- Hands-on experience using Shopify for order processing
n
- Experience with inventory management systems and shipping softwareincluding Starshipit
n
- Strong understanding of pick/pack accuracy and fulfilment workflows
n
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles
n
- Interest in sport or pickleball
n
