Mechanical Fitters Wanted for Laverton North!

Our client supplies self bunded diesel tanks, AdBlue storage systems, fuel management solutions, transfer pumps and complete workshop fitouts to businesses across Australia.

n

Successful applicants will be qualified in Cert 3 mechanical engineering - mechanical trade, and must be available Monday to Friday.

n

About your new role / Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Pay rate of $55.12hr including casual loading.
n
- Assembly, installation and maintaining/repairing machinery and equipment.
n
- This role can be an allrounder from electrical, mechanical and welding.
n
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
n
- Align and fit components to specifications.
n
- Identify equipment failures using testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
n
- Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.
n

Qualifications and Experience:

n

n
- Must be qualified in Cert 3 Mechanical Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Australia).
n




- Electrical license (not essential but highly desirable).
n
- Strong problem solving skills, creative thinking.
n
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other team members.
n
- Strong interpersonal skills.
n
- Must be reliable and available to commit to Monday - Friday.
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
- Punctual and reliable.
n
