- Have a demonstrated commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children.

- The suitable candidate will be a skilled educator within the teaching profession with a Bachelor of Education, VIT Registration (or provisional if a graduate), and knowledge of the relevant teaching methods.
n
- Ability to lead, inspire, support, and encourage students through teaching from a Christian worldview.
n
- Capacity to select and use appropriately, a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies to suit the needs of a diverse range of students.
