As part of our growth and ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking experienced and qualified Maintenance Plumbers to join our Township Maintenance Services team in Tieri.

Please note: This role is strictly DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out) – not FIFO.

About the Role

n

Based in Tieri, you will play a key role in maintaining plumbing systems for residential and commercial facilities within the township. You'll deliver quality plumbing solutions with a focus on safety and compliance. Responsibilities will include:

n

- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, fixture installations)
n
- Routine maintenance, inspections, and system checks
n
- Gas fitting and repairs (where qualified)
n
- Ensuring all work is completed to Australian Plumbing Standards
n




- Ensuring and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
n

The Successful Candidate

n

We're looking for professionals who are committed, reliable, and take pride in their trade. The minimum skills and expectations for this role are but not limited to:

n

n
- An Australian recognised trade qualification (Certificate III in Plumbing)
n
- Occupational Plumber and Drainage Licence (QLD)
n
- General Safety Induction (Construction Industry White Card)
n
- Valid Manual Driver's Licence
n
- Gas Work Licence Type A (QLD)(desirable)
n
- Work Safely at Height (RIIWHS204D) (desirable)
n
- Commission and Maintain Backflow Prevention Devices Certificate CPCPWT4022A(desirable)
n
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience (residential, commercial, or industrial)
n
- Maintenance plumbing and roofing experience (essential)
n
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and a strong customer focus
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
- A solid understanding of WHS standards and safe work methods
n
- Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
n
