About the Role
n
This is a varied administration role where no two days are the same. You'll support a range of functions including onboarding, compliance, fleet administration and general office operations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Assist with onboarding employees and subcontractors into client systems
n
- Upload and maintain licences, tickets, inductions and compliance documentation
n
- Upload and maintain plant and equipment records
n
- Assist with vehicle registrations and transfers
n
- Maintain fuel card and toll tag records
n
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
n
- Monitor shared email inboxes and distribute enquiries
n
- Data entry and document management
n
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
n
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
n
n
About You
n

- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Is confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Highly Regarded
n

- Previous administration experience
n
- Experience in construction, transport or trades-based industries
n
- Experience using compliance or document management systems
n
- Intermediate Excel skills
