We're looking for an experienced people leader to lead our Supported Independent Living team.

The Role
n
The Junction Works' Supported Independent Living homes provide supported accommodation in a community setting to people with a disability. The service provides a range of supports that are flexible and responsive to the changing needs of our residents. Our aim is to enable our residents to live a quality life in their community, a life that is as independent as possible and that is meaningful to the person.

The Chance

You're to play a key role in leading a passionate team, driving quality service delivery and creating positive outcomes for people with disability.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality supports are delivered.
n
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
n
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
n
- Ensure documentation and reporting meet organisational and NDIS standards.
n
- Manage incidents, risks and escalations in collaboration with the Manager.
n
- Promote a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture.
n
n
What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing frontline teams.
n
- The confidence to have performance conversations and hold people accountable.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
n
- Experience managing incidents, risk and complex participant needs.
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across multidisciplinary teams.
n
- A genuine passion for developing people and creating positive workplace culture.
n

Please Note: These roles work on a 7 day roster that will include weekend, evening and overnight shifts.

Application Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
n
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
n
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
n
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
n
- National Police Check (completed within the last 6 months)
n
