- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles.
n
- Experience creatingdaily changing menus.
n
- A supportive and strong team member.
n
- Exceptional time management andorganisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

- Ability to cater for dietaries without compromising on enjoyment.
n
- Reliable and flexible attitude.
n
- A natural communicator who finds it easy to chat to guests on a daily basis

Skills and requirements

- Minimum two years experience within a similar standard of kitchen
n
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles
n
- Experience in daily changing menus is favourable
n
- Ability to work autonomously
n
- Supportive and strong team player
n
- Exceptional time management andorganisational skills
n
- Flexible approach

Responsibilities

- Ensure consistency and highest quality in taste and presentation
n
- Preparation of hot and cold food, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service
n
- Working cohesively and productively with all other departments of the business
n
