What's the role?

We're on the lookout for experienced and passionate Chefs living in or nearCairnsto join our regional Queensland teams. Fly fromCairnsand work across busy kitchen operations preparing high-volume, nutritious meals for mining village residents.

Prepare and deliver meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner services

n

Maintain food safety standards and HACCP compliance

n

Work collaboratively in a high-performing kitchen team

n

Support quality and consistency across services

Qualifications

n

Who are we looking for?

n

Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery

n

Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens

n

Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

n

Flexible team player with strong communication skills

n

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)

n

Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorship

n

Working in office means11-hour dayson a2:1 roster(two weeks on, one week off).
