As part of this growth, we are expanding our Service Department and seeking a Qualified Diagnostic Technician to join our high‐performing workshop team.

About the Role

n

As a Diagnostic Technician, you'll be responsible for identifying and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults while supporting the workshop in delivering premium service standards.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle faults.
n
- Performing advanced vehicle testing and repairs.
n
- Using Lexus diagnostic equipment and repair information.
n




- Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
n
- Assisting technicians with complex repair procedures when required.
n
- Ensuring repair documentation is completed accurately.
n
- Maintaining a safe, organised and productive work environment.
n

About You

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- A qualified Automotive Technician.
n
- Strong diagnostic and fault‐finding experience.
n
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician within a Toyota or Lexus dealership will be highly regarded.
n
- Experience with hybrid and modern vehicle systems (desirable).
n
- Excellent attention to detail.
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills.
n
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- A commitment to delivering premium workmanship.
n
