Fast and Curious ELC Kingswood is growing! With increasing enrolments and the opening of a new learning environment, we're expanding our team and looking for passionate educators to join us.

We're looking for an inspiring Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Preschool Room, alongside dedicated Diploma-qualified Educators who are committed to creating exceptional learning experiences and making a genuine difference in children's lives.

About You

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- An ACECQA-approved qualification relevant to the role (Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care)
n
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the ability to implement engaging, child-centred learning experiences
n
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and a commitment to continuous improvement.
n
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children to learn, grow and thrive
n
- A demonstrated commitment to child safety and wellbeing, recognising that the rights, safety and best interests of every child are the paramount consideration in all decision-making
