We are looking for a search engine optimisation specialist for a permanent full-time role based in our South Melbourne office.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience creating and delivering proven SEO strategies, ideally in an agency environment. We're looking for an SEO expert that understands and stays up-to-date with the ever-evolving SEO landscape. The role requires a strong analytical and data-focused mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Identifying, reviewing and analysing SEO opportunities for our large portfolio of clients
n
- Conducting SEO website audits
n
- Carrying out comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities
n
- Creating and implementing strong on-page optimisation strategies
n




- Creating and implementing off-site optimisation strategies and link analysis
n
- Developing link building strategies
n
- Managing and tracking SEO campaign progress
n
- Analysing SEO strategies used by competitors
n
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in search, analytics and digital marketing
n

Key Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- 3-5 years' experience with SEO – agency experience will be highly regarded
n
- Working knowledge of Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other SEO tools
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Proven proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads
n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical issues
n
- Ability to work efficiently, while remaining organised and task oriented
n
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects
n
- A positive attitude
n
- Ability to work within a team, as well as independently
n
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a team dynamic
n
- Proficiency with Search Console, MS Office, WordPress and other CMSs
