BIC Consolidated is a leading provider of cleaning services across Australia. We're currently seeking 4x dedicated and reliable cleaners to join our growing Cleaning Team in Victoria.

About the Role

n

You'll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients, their staff, and visitors. Our cleaners ensure each site meets presentation and hygiene standards that reflect our clients' brand image.

n

Hours: Monday to Friday, evening shift available.

n

Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the security requirements of these sites, a current Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1 Clearance) is a non-negotiable requirement. Applicants without a current Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1 Clearance) will not be considered.

n

Duties include:

n

Cleaning and maintaining commercial facilities such as offices, meeting rooms, lobbies, toilets, kitchens, and common areas

n

Performing routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste removal

n





Daily dishwashing and kitchen maintenance within tenancies

n

Cleaning glass, windows, and other surfaces to ensure a polished presentation

n

Replenishing consumables and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked

n

Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors or site managers

n

Ensuring cleaning equipment is used, stored, and maintained correctly

n

Following cleaning schedules and site-specific procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

n

Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.

To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have:

n

A current Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1 Clearance) (mandatory – applications without this will not be considered)

n

Strong time management and attention to detail

n

Ability to work well in a team environment

n

Excellent presentation

n

Reliable, adaptable and adaptable approach

n

Good command of the English language

n

A Police Clearance Certificate, Tax File Number, and Superannuation details

n

Previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred)

n
