Sunstate BRP is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Maroochydore team. As the 2nd largest BRP dealer in Australia, we specialise in Sea-Doo personal watercraft and Can-Am vehicles and form part of a successful family-owned multi-location group across the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and Gold Coast.

In this role you will

n

Sell new and used Sea-Doo and Can-Am vehicles

n

Convert walk‐in, phone and online enquiries into sales

n

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

n

Build solid customer relationships and deliver outstanding experiences

n

Work closely with finance, parts and workshop teams

n

Help customers choose the right machine for their lifestyle

n

About you

n

Genuine passion for the outdoor / powersports lifestyle

n

Previous sales experience (powersports, marine, automotive, retail or hospitality preferred but not essential – we will train the right person)

n

Confident communicator with a customer‐focused approach

n

Self‐motivated, target‐driven and professional

n

This is a full‐time role based at our Maroochydore BRP dealership on the Sunshine Coast.
