We're currently seeking experienced and motivatedUnderground Mining Engineers/Senior Mining Engineersto join our high-performing team. The Role
n
As an Underground Mining Engineer/Senior Mining Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
n
Supporting our clients onsite & remotely to provide operations support & improvements
n
Developing/reviewing daily, weekly & monthly mine plans using Deswik & Microsoft Excel
n
Identifying/implementing productivity & business improvement initiatives to our clients
n
Providing technical support to mine operations teams & inspections of underground workings
n
Generating/reviewing production & compliance reports over daily/weekly/monthly horizons
n
What We're Looking For
n
Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or related discipline
n
Proven experience with Deswik CAD, UDGB &/or IS (essential)
n
Minimum of 3+ years underground mining experience
n
Proficient in drill and blast design/optimisation
n
Proficient in daily/weekly/monthly mine planning
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Uncompromising commitment to safety
n
Current manual driver's licence
n
First Class Mine Manager's ticket (preferred but not essential)
n
Full Australian working rights (please do not apply without this)
