About the role
n
In this full time, front of house position, you will provide reception, generalist admin and office support during the hours of 8.30 am - 5.30pm. The successful candidate will benefit from working in a recently renovated office space and impressive reception area. Your daily responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Responding to incoming calls and direct messages in a clear and professional manner
n
- Welcoming clients and external visitors and coordinate visitors from other offices
n
- Maintain contact with receptionists in other offices to ensure cover and a nationally consistent approach
n
- Schedule couriers and coordinate incoming deliveries
n
- Manage meeting room bookings and general diary management
n
- Work closely with our Catering and Marketing teams to ensure office events are coordinated effectively
n
- Ensure meeting rooms are well maintained
n
- Support with data entry as required
n
- Assisting office manager with stationary and grocery order
n
- Engage with suppliers and contractors
n
n
About you
n
You will have prior experience in reception, ideally from a legal or professional services environment. You will also possess the following attributes/skills:
n
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to foster positive working relationships
n
- Strong organisational skills and the capacity to adapt to changing environments and priorities
n
- A keen eye for detail, strong sense of initiative and problem solving
n
- Active team member, completing tasks and assisting others to complete tasks
n
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for desired outcomes
n
- Sound judgement, uses discretion and deals with sensitive information appropriately
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn current systems quickly and efficiently
n
