THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Representativebased in Port Macquarie. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Mid-North Coast team - reporting to the Branch Manager.

n

RESPONSIBILITIES

n

As a member of our Sales team, you will be the key point of contact across the region between Stratco and our customers. This will involve:

n

n
- Identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling
n
- Focus on growth of sales
n
- Identifying recent product and market opportunities
n
- Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
n
- Liaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
n
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
n
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
n
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
n

ABOUT YOU

n

n




- A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry
n
- Be action oriented and able to effectively communicate at all levels
n
- Be a hands on, self-driven and practical person with a good technical ability
n
- Have the ability to work in a team environment
n
- Have excellent business building and prospecting skills
n
- Estimating experience would be highly valued
n
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
n
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
n
- Whilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
