WE'RE HIRING to OFFSIDER

n

We're looking for a motivated worker to join our team as an Offsider with chance to become a Trainee Driller.

n

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to learn the trade, work alongside an experienced driller, and progress your career within our small family business.

n

Our business works on various projects across NSW, drilling core and auger samples for Geotech investigations, environmental drilling, waterbores, and speer points.

n

We work for a number of clients from private individuals to tier 1 engineering companies.

n

Paying above construction award wages

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- A truck licence (or be willing to obtain one)
n
- Construction or labouring experience
n




- Mechanically minded and confident using tools
n
- The ability to solve easy problems and fix basic equipment issues
n
- A White Card
n
- Your own reliable vehicle (to get to branxton workshop only to vehicles supplied to travel)
n
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently when required
n

n

The role involves regular travel with the boss, giving you the opportunity to see different parts of NSW and Australia while working on a variety of projects.

n

We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in Geotech drilling. The right person will receive on-the-job training with the opportunity to work their way up and eventually take over the levers.
