About the Role

Following the introduction of this subject and the opening of our state-of-the-art Engineering rooms, we are looking for a General Engineering teacher who is passionate, innovative and collaborative.The successful applicant will play a key role in the ongoing development and integration of the programme across Years 10 to 12.Whether you are a highly experienced educator or a recent graduate ready to begin your teaching career, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, purpose-driven school community.

This is a full-time position, commencing Term One 2027, on a permanent/ongoing basis,

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

- Promote the mission and ethos of the College through active classroom participation and by modelling appropriate standards of behaviour.
n
- Maintain a positive and effective learning environment through well-prepared and varied lessons that cater to a range of student abilities and interests.
n
- Provide accurate student data as required for the College's recording and reporting systems.
n
- Provide prompt and thorough feedback on student work submitted for marking and supervision.
n




- Actively participate in the co-curricular life of the College through its sporting and cultural programmes.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
n
- Current Queensland Teacher Registration.
n
- Accreditation to teach in a Catholic School.
n
- Demonstrate dedication to the profession of education.
