We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees at Canberra, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.

What you'll do

n

- Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development
n
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
n
- Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
n
- Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
- Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
n
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n




- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
n
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP)
n
- A genuine passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth
