The Opportunity

As a Refrigeration Technician at REACT Services, you'll play a vital role in maintaining environments for major retailers and commercial clients. You'll be trusted to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team, respond swiftly to maintenance needs, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service.

Your key responsibilities will include

- Delivering quality reactive and preventative maintenance services.
n
- Operating independently with confidence.
n
- Attending to reactive maintenance requests promptly,



ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
n
- Participating in our on-call roster to support clients when they need us most.
n
- Building robust partnerships with clients, site managers, and internal teams through clear, proactive communication.
n
- Adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
n

To be considered for this role

n

n
- Qualified Refrigeration Technician
n
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
- Current Restricted Electrical Licence
n
- Current Valid Drivers Licence
n
- Proven experience in commercial environments
n
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
n
- Must be based in Melbourne
n
