About the Role

As a Mortgage Broker, you'll work closely with clients to provide tailored lending solutions across:

- Residential lending
n
- Refinancing
n
- Investment lending
n
- First home buyer finance
n

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Managing clients throughout the entire lending process
n
- Generating new business opportunities through referrals and networking
n
- Structuring and recommending lending solutions
n
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and real estate professionals
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to settlement
n

Essential Requirements

- Cert IV and Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
n
- Previous experience in banking, lending, or finance
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Qualified presentation and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n

Ideally, You Will Have

- Existing industry relationships or referral networks
n
- Experience managing the end-to-end lending process
n
- A growth mindset and strong work ethic
