We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to take over the lead of our manufacturing facility.

n

The Role

n

You will manage daily factory operations, optimize production workflows, and lead the production team. Your goal is to ensure high-quality output, maintain safety compliance, and meet production targets efficiently, all with a view to continuous improvements.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage end-to-end factory production schedules to meet customer demand.
n
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the factory production team.
n
- Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste and lower costs.
n
- Ensure all finished goods meet quality control benchmarks.
n
- Manage the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
n
- Oversee inventory levels, raw material ordering, and stock control.
n




- Maintain and troubleshoot factory machinery and production equipment.
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in a manufacturing or production environment.
n
- Strong people management skills with the ability to build a positive, high performing team.
n
- Solid understanding of production metrics, KPIs, and waste reduction.
n
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance.
n
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
n
- Experience in agricultural, chemical, or environmental manufacturing is a plus.
