We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General and Skilled Labourers with forklift experience to join our clients' warehouse teams across Melbourne's western and northern suburbs - including Laverton, Derrimut, Altona, Truganina, Sunshine, and Campbellfield.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Perform general warehouse duties including container unloading, loading and unloading of materials, and general site clean-up

n

Operate forklifts (High Reach and Counterbalance) for transporting, stacking, and retrieving stock

n

Assist with setup and pack down of job sites and equipment

n

Conduct manual handling tasks safely and efficiently

n

Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control

n

Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

n

Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflows

n





Perform basic forklift maintenance checks and report any faults

n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, construction, or general laboring (preferred)

n

Valid Forklift License (LF) - High Reach or Counterbalance experience highly regarded

n

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks

n

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols

n

Able to work both independently and in a team environment

n

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

n

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

n

Flexible with shift times and locations

n

White Card - Mandatory

n

Valid Australian work rights (Citizenship, Residency, or full working visa)

n

Reliable transport and current driver's licence (preferred)

n

Willing to undertake a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening

n

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)

n

Forklift Licence (High Reach / Counterbalance)

n

Working with Children Check

n

Experience using power tools or operating machinery

n
