Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Tarocash Werribee - VIC Store.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales, and customer service. This is a full-time position based in our Tarocash Werribee - VIC Store.

What you'll be doing

n

Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

n

Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling

n

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve store performance, and enhance the customer experience

n

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

n

Collaborate with your area manager to identify and implement best practices

n

Provide coaching and development opportunities for the store team

n

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience as a successful Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry

n

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

n





Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive business performance

n

Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a seamless in-store experience

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with Tarocash leaders.

n

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a quick-paced environment

n

Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale and inventory management software

n
