We are a passionate, nurse-led NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centered disability support. As our services expand, we're recruiting multiple Support Workers to join our growing team and help make a real difference in the lives of our participants.

The Role

n

We have multiple casual positions available, offering 25+ hours per week across a range of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and active overnights.

n

Duties include:

n

- Personal care (e.g. showering, grooming, continence care)
n
- Medication support (with training and competencies)
n
- Domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, cooking)
n
- Community access and transportation
n
- Behavioral and mental health support (where required)
n

Position Details

n
- Casual basis to start
n
- Guaranteed minimum 25+ hours/week
n




- Opportunities to transition into Permanent Part-Time for the right candidates
n
- Shifts span 7 days a week and include sleepovers and awake night shifts
n
- Paid under the SCHADS Award, with applicable penalties and allowances
n

What We're Looking For

n

Ideal candidates will have:

n
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent, but not essential
n
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificate
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Valid Driver's License & access to a reliable, insured vehicle
n
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable approach
n
- Availability across a range of shifts
n
