About the Role

n

This is a part-time position, Tuesday, Wednesday and every second Sunday. Based in our busy Freshwater pharmacy, you'll work alongside an experienced team delivering outstanding care and building genuine connections with our customers. Drawing on your dispensary skills and warm communication style, you will:

- receive and handle prescriptions
n
- assist with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
n
- enter dispensary administration data
n
- refer customers to the pharmacist
n




- assist customers with their health needs via phone and in store
n
- assist in the front of shop and on the service desk
n
- maintain the qualified presentation of the store
n

About You

n

To thrive in this role, you'll bring hands‐on dispensary experience and a genuine passion for patient care. You'll also have:

n

n
- experience with Fred Dispense (desirable but not essential)
n
- excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- the ability to deal with customers in a fast‐paced environment
n
- strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
n
- a professional approach, with a strong sense of confidentiality and privacy
n
