About the Role
n We are seeking a professional and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This is a fast-paced role at the front line of patient care, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations

n

Booking and coordinating appointments across multiple modalities

n

Managing phone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency

n

Processing patient registrations and Medicare billing

n

Liaising with radiologists, technicians,



and referrers

n

Handling confidential patient information with accuracy and discretion

n

About You

n

Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare administration (radiology experience highly regarded)

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

n

High attention to detail and organisational skills

n

Experience with patient management systems (e.g. RIS/PACS) is an advantage

n

Knowledge of Medicare billing is desirable
