Due to continued growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Technician to join our busy workshop team.

No two days are the same at Ashmores. You'll be working on a wide variety of caravans, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and installing the latest accessories, all within a supportive and experienced team.

The Role

n

Working Monday to Friday, your duties may include:

n

n
- Caravan servicing and preventative maintenance
n
- Chassis servicing including brakes,



bearings and suspension
n
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
n
- Electrical work including 12V systems, batteries, Anderson plugs and charging systems
n
- Plumbing and water system repairs
n
- Roll-out awning repairs and replacements
n
- Window replacements and re-sealing
n
- Insurance repairs including re-cladding and structural repairs
n
- Installation of caravan accessories and upgrades
n
- General repairs, modifications and workshop duties
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has experience working on caravans or a similar industry (preferred)
n
- OR has a mechanical background, trailer building, automotive, panel beating, fabrication or assembly experience
n
- Has strong problem-solving skills and enjoys hands-on work
n
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
n
- Is reliable, punctual and has excellent attention to detail
n
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
n
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
n

n

Caravan industry experience is highly regarded, however it is not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right person who is eager to learn and build a long-term career.
