Internal Sales / Customer Service role within the plumbing and water sector. Great team, hybrid working and no sales targets.

What will you do?

n

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, processing orders and making sure they receive the best possible service.

n

Your day will include:

n

- Processing customer orders.
n
- Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
n
- Providing updates on orders and deliveries.
n
- Preparing quotations.
n
- Building strong relationships with existing customers.
n




- Working closely with the warehouse and wider team to ensure customers are looked after.
n

n

What will you need?

n

n
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or order processing.
n
- Ideally, a background working in plumbing, irrigation, water or industrial distribution sectors.
n
- Confidence using ERP or CRM systems.
n
- Full working rights without requiring sponsorship.
n

n
