Current registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Duties:

- Chronic disease management

- Preventative health assessment

- Aged care multidisciplinary care plans
n
- Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills – active listening, empathy, and confident verbal communication.
