About the Role

n

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants across Lithgow and The Blue Mountains, including:

n

- Personal care & daily livingassistance
n
- In-home support
n
- Community access & social engagement
n

n

Shifts Available:

n





Must be available between 6:30am - 7:00pm. Monday - Sunday

n

Service Areas

n

You must be willing to travel within:

n

Lithgow, The Blue Mountains and Katoomba - including surrounding suburbs.

WhatYou'llNeed

- Valid NSW Driver's LicenceReliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
n
- First Aid & CPRWorking With Children Check (Paid)
n
- National Police Check (within 3 months)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Smartphone with internet access
n
- (Willingness to obtain required checks will be considered.)
