About the role

n

This role is designed for a Senior Technical Project Manager who will oversee the Serraview platform and related technology projects for a government client account. You will collaborate with real estate and technology teams to ensure effective project delivery and support, while also managing product support and business analysis tasks.

Key responsibilities

n

- Lead the management of the Serraview platform and associated technology initiatives
n
- Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
n
- Proactively manage risks and issues related to project and platform support
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction
n
- Provide business analysis support to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Skills & experience

n

n
- Proven experience in managing technology implementation projects,



specifically within the real estate sector
n
- Strong capability in using Serraview and other workplace technology platforms
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver complex projects.
