Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our Sunshine Coast team.

n

Working from Baringa Cellarbrations, you'll lead your home store while overseeing and supporting a small cluster of neighbouring Cellarbrations and Bottle-O stores across the Caloundra region. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your leadership experience, develop great teams and make a genuine impact across multiple stores.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Lead the day-to-day operation of Baringa Cellarbrations
n




- Oversee & support neighbouring stores by developing teams and driving consistent retail standards
n
- Build a team culture where people feel supported and enjoy coming to work
n
- Manage rosters, ordering, stock control and stocktakes
n
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
n
- Maintain exceptional standards across merchandising, presentation and customer service
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous bottle shop management experience in a rapid-paced retail environment
n
- Confidence managing rosters, ordering, stock control and inventory systems
n
- A leader who people enjoy working with and learning from
n
- A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team
n
- Current RSA and Driver Licence essential
n
- Availability to work the Tuesday to Saturday roster
n
