About the Role

n

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key connection between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and premium service experience.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
n
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the service journey
n




- Providing regular updates and explaining recommended repairs and maintenance
n
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate
n
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
n
- Preparing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate documentation
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service aligned with a luxury brand experience
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

- Has previous automotive Service Advisor experience
n
- Alternatively a strong customer service or sales background
n
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Presents professionally with a customer-first mindset
n
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment
n
- Holds full working rights in Australia
