Contractor compliance officer - 12.30pm to 6pm M-F

Time & People has been assisting customers with contractor management software for more than 14 years.

n

This role requires daily communication with contractors and assisting with compliance over the telephone. You will be surrounded by a team of people with many years of experience with the software.

n

This position is initially 27.5 hours per week, in Penrith NSW, with the opportunity to grow.

n

What are we looking for?

n

The main responsibilities for this role are:

n

You will be assisting contractors to provide compliance documentation, including licenses, inductions, and insurances, etc

n

You will act as the key point of contact between our customers and their contractors via both phone and email.

n

You will also speak with the companies the contractors work for to collect insurance details if they are not collected electronically.

n





You will need to have exceptional organisational and communication skills

n

What you will bring

n

5 years minimum experience working in an administration role, assisting in the collection of contractor compliance, and talking daily over the phone with contractors.

n

Experience must include all types of contractor compliance documentation, including construction/trades compliance, insurance and licensing requirements.

n

High attention to detail

n

The want to build a better system by joining our continuous improvement team

n

Australian citizenship is required for this position

n
