Position Overview

n

Based at our Corbould Park site, Civilmart is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure all manufactured products meet relevant Australian Standards and support the ongoing maintenance of our ISO-accredited Quality Assurance system. You will be a key leader in quality-related matters on site, working closely with production teams to uphold safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Promote a solid safety culture by supporting PPE compliance and safe work practices across the site.
n
- Assure the consistent quality of production and notify Management of defective products.
n
- Daily quality inspection of products and ensure all products have the correct identification information.
n
- Compile QA and QC data, using document control principles to confirm compliance to standards, for internal audit conducted annually and ISO accreditation every 3 years.
n
- Ensure all quality paperwork is filed and maintained in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures and the Quality Manual.
n
- Support compliance with WHS requirements, Australian Standards, and the Quality Management System (QMS).
n




- Provide training and guidance to production employees in steel fixing, specials work, quality requirements, and safe work practices.
n
- Assist in training and monitoring employees in the safe operation of cranes, lifting equipment, and approved lifting procedures.
n
- Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery to support efficient and quality-focused manufacturing outcomes.
n
- Assist the organisation to achieve consistent quality of production to meet customer, regulatory & statutory compliance.

- Proven experience supervising staff in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Ability to inspect products and materials for compliance with operational and quality standards.
n
- Ability to read and understand product drawings.
n
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with document control processes.
n
- Practical understanding of OH&S; requirements, including SWMS and GMP.
n
- A proactive, action-oriented work ethic and commitment to continual improvement.
