Experienced Pool Technician / Pool Installer

Fine Art Pools is one of Victoria's leading custom concrete pool builders, specialising in high-end residential pools across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We complete approximately 40 premium pools each year and pride ourselves on quality workmanship, professionalism and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Technician / Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently and take ownership of projects from equipment installation through to final client handover.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Completing secondary plumbing on concrete swimming pools
n
- Installing and commissioning pool equipment
n
- Installing heat pumps and associated plumbing
n
- Installing and configuring Fluidra equipment, including Halo Automation systems
n
- Completing equipment-area fit-offs to a high standard
n
- Testing and commissioning all equipment
n
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues on site
n
- Conducting professional pool handovers with clients
n
- Explaining equipment operation and maintenance clearly to clients
n
- Managing allocated jobs with minimal supervision
n
- Completing a Service Report Book entry for each project/job attended
n
- Uploading site photos, reports and required documentation to company shared folders
n
- Maintaining regular communication with the office via email and company systems
n
- Maintaining clean, organised and skilled worksites
n

About You

n





To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience in swimming pool equipment installation
n
- Strong knowledge of secondary pool plumbing
n
- Experience with Fluidra, Astral and Halo Automation systems
n
- Experience installing heat pumps
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Confidence using technology and Microsoft applications, including Outlook and shared folders
n
- Ability to maintain accurate electronic project and service records
n
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
n
- Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
n
- Current White Card
n
- Reliable, honest and professional approach
n
