We are recruiting production workers to join our team, if you are an experienced slaughterman or meat worker we want you.

About You

n

You should also possess the following qualities

n

Be reliable, history of excellent reliability

n

Proven experience in meat processing, abattoirs, or related industries.

n

Proficiency in knife skills or operating meat processing tools.

n

Attention to detail and accuracy are a must have.

n

Be physically fit/robust and able to cope with the physical demands of the job

n

Maintain a high level of personal hygiene

n





Show good health and work safety practices

n

Be team orientated and have a strong work ethic

n

Must be able to work with Beef, Lamb, Goats and Pork.

n

Must have current full time work rights in Australia, speak and understand English.

n

Must have Q Fever Vaccination or will to obtain

n

About the Role

n

Precision processing, cutting, boning, and trimming meat to high standards.

n

Operating machinery and tools with a focus on safety and efficiency.

n

Upholding hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols.

n

Working as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team committed to excellence.

n

Safety - you must be dedicated to working safely in line with policies, procedures, PPE, and work instructions.

n

We value teamwork and adaptability, as well as a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility, processes, and tasks, flexibility and a willingness to work overtime when required are also important.

Remuneration and Hours

n

Above award wages.

n

Salary range $70,000 - $95,000 p.a + Super, depending on role and experience.

n

38 hr week, Monday to Friday.
