Due to continued growth and the expansion of our College into a three-school model, we are seeking passionate and innovative Secondary Teachers to join our team in 2027.

About the role

n

We are currently inviting applications for teaching streams that include:

n

Health

n

Physics

n

You will be supported by a College Executive that is committed to "awakening potential and empowering learners for purposeful lives through Christ".

Additionally, the leadership has made College wide changes to support a new way of learning:

n

De-siloed all subject areas including curriculum leadership

n

Simplified secondary timetable across all year levels

n

All day Wednesday program focused on wellbeing, student advocacy, exploration of student led passion projects, etc.

n

Furthermore, the College is implementing a five-year plan to move to a "stage" not "age" model of schooling across Year 7 to 12. It is anticipated that the College will remove the concept of year levels and increase flexibility to all students.

n

With such cutting-edge changes we need teachers who can "dream big" and have the requisite traits such as tenacity, passion, tolerance of ambiguity, confidence, vision and flexibility.
