We are a qualified building company with over 25 years' experience in the Construction and Development Industry. Our projects range from residential apartments, commercial office, mixed use developments, hotels and retail projects.

As the Site Foreman you will be expected to coordinate and organise the site activities. You will work directly with the Project Manager in delivering the project.

Your role will require you to:

n

n
- Liaise with Head Office and the Project Manager.
n
- Manage and coordinate trades
n
- Technical ability to understand construction related documentation.
n
- Manage OH&S; processes
n
- Coordinate suppliers, deliveries and materials handling
n
- Follow and update construction programmes
n

n You are expected to have a thorough understanding of construction methodologies. You are expected to be honest, reliable and hardworking.
n You must be self-motivated and have the ability to think logically and ask questions.

With your previous on-site experience, you will be required to demonstrate the following:

n

n
- Significant years in a qualified trade with trade certificate or; 5 years' experience in the construction industry. Preferably with experience in Class 2 - 9 Buildings and with regulated projects under the NSW Building commission.
n
- Intermediate computer skills ie: Emails, Excel and Word
n
- Sufficient knowledge of WHSE regulations
