We are passionate about developing skilled, work-ready individuals and supporting employers through industry-leading training solutions.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer & Assessor with extensive industry experience in Building and Civil Construction and High Risk Work to join our team.

n

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on training role where you'll deliver engaging theoretical and practical training to apprentices, job seekers, existing workers and corporate clients across a range of nationally recognised qualifications, short courses and high-risk work licences.

n

You'll be supported by an experienced management, compliance and resource development team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment in building, civil construction and high-risk work courses.
n
- Facilitate both classroom-based and practical training sessions.
n
- Conduct competency-based assessments in accordance with national standards.
n

n

About You

n





You are an experienced construction professional who enjoys developing others and maintaining high training standards.

n

Essential

n

n
- Significant industry experience in Building and/or Civil Construction.
n
- Current High Risk Work expertise and experience delivering or operating high-risk equipment.
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
n
- Relevant vocational qualifications in your trade or area of expertise.
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
n
- Current Drivers Licence.
n
- Ability to deliver engaging practical and theory-based training.
n
- Commitment to safety, compliance and quality outcomes.
n

Highly Regarded

n

Experience delivering one or more of the following:

- Work Safely at Heights
n
- Confined Space Entry
n
- Elevated Work Platform (under 11m EWP)
n
- Civil Construction plant and equipment
n
- High Risk Work Licences
n
