The Role

As ProductionShift/Team Leader you will lead your team to achieve set targets and metrics and look to improve efficiencies.

n

Duties include:

n

n
- Oversee production line/shift teams of between 4 - 10 people.
n
- Follow the production schedule and report on any problems.
n
- Lead your team to achieve set volume targets and other metrics.
n
- Implement lean principles to identify efficiency opportunities.
n
- Have a strong safety first mindset, be quality focused and productivity focused.
n

- Demonstrated team leadership experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
n
- Strong safety, quality and productivity mindset.
n
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
n
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
