About the Role

n

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will lead a small QA team and play a key role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring products and processes meet strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and mentor a QA team to meet quality and production targets
n
- Drive continuous improvement across quality systems and processes
n
- Manage non-conformance, corrective actions (CAPA), and audit activities
n
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
n
- Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n




- 3+ years' experience in QA/QMS within manufacturing
n
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
n
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
n
- Experience with NCR, CAPA, and internal audits
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n

- Experience in electronics or high-tech manufacturing
n
- Exposure to IPCA600 and IPCA610
n
- Continuous improvement / process optimisation experience
n
