About the Role:

n

Utilising your end-to-end payroll expertise, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Processing multiple payroll cycles accurately and on time
n
- End-to-end payroll processing
n
- Processing new starters, employee changes and payroll maintenance
n
- Managing terminations and final pay calculations
n
- Payroll reconciliations and validation checks
n




- Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
n
- Producing ad hoc payroll reporting
n

n

Skills and Experience:

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in an end-to-end payroll position
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Awards
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple payroll deadlines
n
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
n
- Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
n
- Exposure to payroll system implementations or transitions will be highly regarded
n
