We are searching for a HR Driver/Yardhand for our BUNDOORA depot, someone who is looking for a long-term stable position, who is passionate about safety, and who has a strong work ethic, effective communication, and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients.

n

This is a FULL-TIME role on offer, Monday to Friday, 38 hours guaranteed, with overtime opportunities, paid annual and personal leave, public holidays, and no rain days.

Transport

n

Timely and efficientdelivery& collectionofequipmenttoandfrom customers' job sites, predominantly localised

n

Loading and unloading equipment on and off trucks by Forklift

n

Keeping Mabey trucks clean and presentable

n

Complete the vehicle inspection form twice weekly, reporting any defects or maintenance requirements to the manager immediately.

n

Compliance with all Mabey policies and state and federal regulatory requirements with respect to conduct, compliance, logbooks,



and/or fatigue management requirements.

n

Repair and maintenance of hire fleet/equipment to a workable and safe condition.

n

Cleaning and inspection of the hire fleet/equipment in preparation for the next hire.

n

Painting of hire fleet/equipment.

n

General housekeeping and maintenance of the Mabey facility, assets, tooling, and yard area as needed or requested.

n

Required skills

n

HR unrestricted licence (with manualsynchrogearbox,advantageous)

n

CV Crane Licence(Preferred but not essential)

n

Experience using a Hiab/Palfinger-type vehicle-mounted crane(preferred but not essential)

n

Forklift Licence(Preferred but not essential)

n

Site Safety Card: white card(must have)

n

Own reliable transportto work.

n

Self-motivated applicants

The hourly rate is dependent upon tickets and experience.

An immediate start is desirable after licence and pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing.
